It’s definitely weird but I don’t think it’s homebrew.

It would make sense to give out moonshine at an Appalachian racetrack though!

Oh, it’s Spumante. It’s basically a low alcohol sparkling white wine. It’s made from grapes. Congrats on the win!

Nice! My favorite victory booze was a 40 ounce bottle of Miller lite. The beer was terrible, but it was a play on a double regional calle Its Miller Time. The race was actually named for a long-time member of that region but giving out a beer mug with a 40 of Miller lite was fun. I liked it because I got up on the podium and they handed an 18 year old a big beer to drink in front of everyone.
